We deliver all over South Africa to your door via courier.

We send our parcels reliably and affordably with the The Courier Guy. Should the need arise, we can ship with other couriers if necessary.

We can arrange insurance on your parcel. Please get in touch and we'll confirm with rates with the courier. Insurance is usually charged at 2% of the parcel value.

Unfortunately, we do not have collection points. This may change in the future and we'll communicate it via our website should this option become available.

We accept payments via Peach Payments or EFT (bank transfer).

EFT (bank transfer): If you choose EFT at checkout, you will receive our banking details and your order will be processed once payment reflects.

Yes. Online payments are processed securely via Peach Payments. We do not store your full card details on our website.

Yes. Instalment and pay-later options are available at checkout (where supported), including options such as Payflex, ZeroPay, Mobicred, Happy Pay, Float, and RCS.

Yes. If you cannot find a specific product on our website, contact us and we will try to source it for you.

Please share as much detail as possible (brand/model, specs, budget, and quantity) so we can confirm availability and pricing.

Solar equipment must be installed and commissioned by a qualified and appropriately certified installer. Incorrect installation may void the warranty.

  • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions: The product must be installed and commissioned in full compliance with the latest installation manual/documentation.
  • Comply with standards and regulations: Installation must comply with relevant SANS codes (or equivalent standards for the region of installation).
  • Use approved personnel: Installation must be completed by qualified and certified persons. Installer registration with relevant bodies (such as the DOL, ECA, or equivalent) may be required.
  • Operate within specifications: The system must be installed and commissioned within the product’s defined parameters and specifications.
  • Keep proof of compliance: A valid CoC (Certificate of Compliance) and other supporting information (system design/specs/compliance documents) may be requested for warranty assessment.

If you are unsure whether an installer qualifies, contact us before installation and we will advise what documentation will be required for warranty support.

CPO / Demo / Unboxed Products: These products offer great value, with condition clearly disclosed and graded on each listing.

How do I know if something is a CPO/demo/unboxed product?

  • The product name starts with “CPO”
  • The SKU includes a grading code such as #D1, #D2, #D3, or #D4
  • The product page mentions the grading/condition and what is included

Grading

  • Grade #D1 – Excellent condition (Unboxed): Like-new or minimal signs of use. Fully functional. Full warranty.
  • Grade #D2 – Good condition (Demo/Display): Light signs of use. Fully functional. Packaging/accessories may vary. Remaining warranty.
  • Grade #D3 – Fair condition (Refurbished/Repaired): Noticeable wear. Functional but may show cosmetic wear. Sold “as is”, no warranty.
  • Grade #D4 – Poor condition: Heavy wear and/or significant cosmetic damage. Functional status is disclosed on the product page. Sold “as is”, no warranty.

Inspection and returns

  • 7-day inspection period from delivery date.
  • If you are not satisfied, you may return the unit for a refund or (if available) swap it for another unit of similar value/spec.
  • Please notify us within 7 working days to request a return or swap.

Warranty and support

  • CPO/Unboxed products include either a full warranty, a remaining warranty, or no warranty, depending on the grade and the specific product listing.
  • We provide post-sales support to help minimise downtime.
